Return Policy and Warranty Information

We hope that you are completley satisfied with your Anodyne® Therapy System, but if you decide to return your system within the first 60 days of your purchase, please call 800-521-6664 prior to packing your system for return. Your system has to arrive in our Tampa, Florida offices within 60 days of your original Anodyne® Home System delivery.

 

All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from Customer Service. The RA must be included with your returned product so that we may track your return and promptly process your refund.

 

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after the product has been received at Anodyne Therapy LLC. All shipping and incidental charges to return the Anodyne® Therapy Home System are the customer's responsibility. Any shipping or handling fees will not be refunded.

 
Product Warranty

 

Anodyne Therapy, LLC (“Manufacturer”) warrants the Anodyne® Therapy System (“The Product”) to the immediate purchaser only as follows:


Manufacturer warrants that "The Product" sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase with normal use of Anodyne® Therapy Systems. If the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its option either repair or replace the damaged Product. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. This warranty does not cover any Products that have been abused, misused, tampered with; or damaged by a natural disaster such as flood or fire.
