The Anodyne Therapy Home System

The Anodyne Therapy has four therapy pads each
containing 60 infrared light emitting diodes. The
diodes are placed in direct contact with the skin and
the infrared light is absorbed through the skin and into
the blood. In general, the result is the infrared
light (photo energy) increases circulation, resulting in
less pain. For more information about the clinical
use of infrared light therapy, please refer to our
Research section. The therapy pads on the Home
System are exactly the same as those used in the
Professional System. The only differences are that
the Home System is preset for safety to control the amount of warmth emitted from the pads and only
has four therapy pads (instead of eight).

In addition, your Home System will also come with a Soft Shoe and leg attachment strap which makes it easy to treat lower extremity peripheral neuropathy.

What To Expect During Treatment
Most patients experience a soothing warmth during Anodyne
treatments. However, some experience a tingling sensation
or slight discomfort at first. This is a good sign that
the blood flow is increasing to the area and should go away
after a few treatments. However, if it is too
uncomfortable, you can stop that treatment, but be sure to
administer your next scheduled treatment. It is important
to keep treating through this period to help your condition.
Making the Most of Your Treatment
It is very important that you follow the recommended protocols
and treatment schedule. For some conditions, the most important determining factor of a successful outcome is the frequency of treatment, so try not to skip treatments.
Also, if you can, try to do
